Ward Temple Night Tonight!

Dear Members of the Highlands Ranch Stake,

This Thursday, November 9th is Ward Temple Night. We encourage each of you to make preparations to attend the temple on that day, preferably at your assigned ward time, to feel of the special spirit that can be found by attending together with your ward family. For your convenience, the assigned ward times are listed below:

Falcon Park – 5:00pm

Saddle Ranch – 5:00pm

Heritage Park – 5:30pm

Spring Gulch – 5:30pm

Highlands Ranch – 6:00pm

Summit View – 6:00pm

Northridge – 6:30pm

Westridge – 6:30pm

Roxborough – 7:00pm

Daniels Park – 7:30pm

History of Mormon Battalion At Parker Library

For all of you Mormon History buffs, this event is for you:

 

1:30-3 PM, Saturday May 13th at the Parker Library, 20105 E Mainstreet, Room 254, Parker

Parker Genealogical Society business meeting starts at 1:30, followed by the speaker at 2 PM.

Bea W. Barton has been involved in documenting local history for more than 20 years in Douglas County. Emphasis on Colorado as an unorganized territory in 1846. Bringing history and genealogy together, she has established the route of the Mormon Battalion as it came through Parker in 1846-47. Also included are stories of local pioneers.

Highlands Ranch Variety Show Try-Outs!

All youth 12 years old and up are invited to try out for the 5th Annual Highlands Ranch Youth Variety Show.  It is going to be an evening of entertainment in a fun and uplifting atmosphere.  Join with any youth in the stake and prepare an act that will entertain.  Auditions will be held on January 28th and February 7th.   View information at this link or contact your YM or YW Presidencies for more information.

5th Annual Highlands Ranch Stake Youth Variety Show March 3, 2017 7 PM

Everyone in the stake is invited to the 5th Annual Highlands Ranch Stake Youth Variety Show on March 3, 2017 at 7 PM at the Stake Center.  It will be an entertaining evening full of fun, music, dance and entertainment for all.   The youth in the stake will present acts that they have prepared for everyone’s enjoyment.  Don’t miss this opportunity to bring your family for a great night of entertainment!  No tickets required.

President Thomas S. Monson and his counselors, President Henry B. Eyring and President Dieter F. Uchtdorf, attend the 2015 First Presidency’s Christmas Devotional.

The First Presidency invites Church members and their friends to participate in the First Presidency’s Christmas devotional broadcast on Sunday, December 4, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time).

The program, originating from the Conference Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, will include Christmas messages by General Authorities and General Officers of the Church.

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square will provide the music.
